Hamid Shahriari

Secretary-General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in the Islamic Republic of Iran
His Eminence Dr. Hamid Shahriari was born in 1963 in Tehran, Iran. He earned his Ph.D. in Comparative Philosophy from Qom University. Dr. Shahriari currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Secretary-General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in Iran. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International University of Islamic Schools, a member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Mustafa International University, and a member of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace. Previously, he held several significant roles, including Vice President of the Technology Department and Head of the Centre for Statistics and Informatics in Judicial system of Iran, Director of the Computer Research Centre in Islamic Sciences, Secretary of the Supreme Council for Information Dissemination, and a faculty member at the Research Centre for the Development of the Humanities.
