Born in 1970, he graduated in 1994 from the Sultan Qaboos Institute for Islamic Studies, specializing in the Quran and Sunnah. He earned his Master’s degree in 1999 from Al al-Bayt University in Jordan, specializing in the fundamentals of religion, and later obtained his PhD in Islamic Sciences in 2009 from the Higher Institute of the Foundations of Religion at Al-Zaytoonah University. He has taught various subjects at the College of Sharia Sciences and has been invited to teach at several universities and institutes throughout Oman. Currently, he holds the position of Dean of the College of Sharia Sciences in Muscat, Oman.
