The Sheikh graduated from the Islamic Institute “Imam Bukhari” in Tashkent, then studied at the Islamic Institute of the Religious Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, and received a bachelor’s degree in history from Almaty State University in the name of Abai, a master’s degree in religions from the same university, and a doctorate in Islamic studies from Nur .Mubarak University. He started his career as a mosque imam, then rose through the ranks to serve as first deputy head of the Kazakhstan Muslim Religious Administration, first deputy mufti, and was elected head of the Kazakhstan Muslim Religious Administration and general mufti during the 9th Congress of Kazakhstan Muslims
