Born in 1976, Her Excellency Dr. Sheikha earned her Bachelor of Laws from Beirut Arab University in 1976, followed by a Master’s degree in Law and Islamic Sharia from Alexandria University in 1979, and a Ph.D. in Public International Law from the same university in 1994. She has held several key academic and administrative roles, including serving as the President of the University of Bahrain from 2003 to 2007. Currently, she is the Vice President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) in Bahrain, a member of the Advisory Body of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and a member of the Egyptian Society for International Law.
